David Ackner
After receiving his degree in Construction Management from Iona College in New York, David began his career by starting a shell contracting business. In a few short years, David grew his shell construction company into a successful General Contracting firm that went on to build over a million square feet. With over 35 years of Construction and Real Estate Development, his diverse industry experience from Custom Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality and Retail allows APD to represent clients in a variety of projects. Inclusive of his Construction experience, David has self developed many commercial projects that included national tenants with triple net leases. His extensive experience and knowledge of Real Estate Development and Construction offers our clients a wealth of information that can eliminate the difficulty and challenges that may often arise.
